The goal of VivanTech was to remove all associations with their previous brand style, Kuali. I overcame the challenges of the current name and fixated on the concept of ‘gliding’.
The definition of ‘glide’ is “to move smoothly and continuously along, as if without effort or resistance,” which is exactly the kind of sensation that I visually communicated to the marketplace through illustration and design.
The goal was to make the viewer feel like they can glide right through their daily work, with no effort at all. The hang glider illustrated serves as the primary reinforcing visual for the brand.
I designed and illustrated the website images, business cards, stationary, single greeting card, posters all using Photoshop, Illustrator and Wacom Intous 4 Tablet.
The final works were presented in the a tradeshow in the summer of 2016.
